1. Identity and purpose
fortzasteel.ro presents the FORTZA STEEL division of FORTZA.RO S.R.L., tax ID 9947416, registration J1997000531324, registered office Str. Gării nr. 10, Mediaș, Sibiu, Romania. Contact: office@fortza.ro, +40 269 838 450. It supports information and quotation requests, not online checkout or payment.
2. Technical information and quotations
Specifications are company-published information with identified sources and limits. Feasibility, materials, tolerances, quantities, price and delivery are confirmed per project. Submitting a form and receiving an automated receipt does not conclude a contract, accept an order or guarantee a production date. Commercial conditions are established by a separate quotation and agreement.
3. Submitted documentation
Only send information and files you are entitled to disclose for technical review and quotation. Submission does not transfer drawing intellectual-property ownership to FORTZA. Technical files are treated as confidential commercial information and are not published in the media library. Do not upload malware, unlawful material or unnecessary personal information. Personal-data processing is explained separately.
4. Use and rights
Do not attempt unauthorized access, service disruption or abusive data extraction. Protected text, imagery and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights; seek permission where reuse requires authorization. External links lead to services with their own policies.
5. Availability, law and updates
Maintenance interruptions or errors requiring correction may occur. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or remove mandatory rights. Romanian law applies; court jurisdiction follows applicable rules. Questions can be sent to office@fortza.ro. Changes are published with a version date and do not retroactively change existing contracts.
